When Bill Donald and his son, Pete, opened the doors to Donald Auto Repair in 1992, they knew the mission would be to provide service that was unsurpassed. Bill’s favorite slogan, “If you treat the customer fairly, they will come back,” quickly became the company’s motto.

When Bill retired in 1995, Pete and his wife, Karen, took over the family-owned business and vowed to run the business by the motto that Bill felt so strongly about. Today, over 90 percent of Donald Auto Repair’s business is made up of friends and neighbors.
